Submit A Design Request

The first step in working with EFA begins when you send us your project details using our design request form. If any additional information is needed, a team member will reach out within 24 hours. Once all necessary information is received, we’ll deliver a tailored design and quote proposal within 48 hours* keeping your project moving forward without delay.

Approval & Order

Next, we offer one complimentary revision to refine the design and ensure it aligns with the end user’s needs. Once the updates are complete, you’ll receive a final quote for approval. With your sign-off and deposit, the order is processed and moved into production.

Manufacturing & Delivery

Once your order is released, we manufacture your furniture within 15 business days* and ship anywhere within the continental U.S. ensuring a fast, reliable turnaround from production to delivery.

*Our standard lead times apply to projects of up to 25 workstations, allowing us to maintain speed and consistency while delivering high-quality solutions on schedule. Projects exceeding 25 stations may be subject to longer lead times based on material availability and production capacity.
